The Program will feature weekly seminars for 6 weeks\, supplemented with facilitated Resiliency Roundtables to bring local SMEs together in smaller groups online and offline to anchor and support the curriculum.\n\n\n\nThe curriculum will focus on the three key themes: Strive\, Build\, and Create. Seminars will cover:\n\n\n\n- Communicate and connect more openly with your employees \n\n- Be a more productive\, empathetic leader \n\n- Efficiently host team meetings to encourage dialogue and idea exchanges\n\n- Build a better workplace culture and team mentality \n\n- Engage with customers in a more meaningful way\n\n- Strategize new approaches to servicing your clients\n\n- Cultivate and offer a superior customer experience \n\n- Diversify your cultural intelligence help your team work effectively together\n\n- Design a world-class customer experience program that also recognizes employee excellence\n\n\nThis Program is funded by Western Economic Diversification Canada and powered by the BC Chamber of Commerce network and the University of Victoria' Gustavson School of Business.\n\n\n\nCourses are taught by award winning professors Dr. Mark Colgate and Prof. Brian Leacock\, and are supplemented by resiliency roundtables with other businesses to drive collaboration and connectedness\n\n\n\nIf you are in a leadership role\, or influence a team\, Building Resilience to Thrive can help you adapt and equip you for the future\, by applying core competencies in leadership and resilience to help set you up for long-term\, consistent success. \n\n\n\nProfessional development credits from the Building Resilience to Thrive program can be applied towards many post-secondary education programs.\n\n\n\nThe course requires a time commitment of only one hour-long session a week for six weeks and results in a formal education certificate.\n\n\n\nTo remove the financial barrier\, the course is offered at a fraction of the cost of alternative programs: $35 for Chamber members and $70 for non-members.\n\n \nDue to popular demand another session has been added:\n\nMarch 22nd - April 28\, first two session on Mondays\, following sessions on Wednesdays\, 11am to 12pm\n\n\n For further info and to register\, CLICK HERE.
