The Honourable Jonathan Wilkinson has served as the Member of Parliament for North Vancouver since 2015. He spent more than 20 years in the private sector, holding leadership positions with a number of companies dedicated to the development of green technologies and has extensive experience in the energy and environmental technology sectors.
A Rhodes Scholar, Minister Wilkinson made use of his educational background in public policy when he worked as a constitutional negotiator and a federal-provincial relations specialist for former Saskatchewan Premier Roy Romanow. He has served on several industry and charitable boards.
Terry Beech, MP for Burnaby North-Seymour and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard.
Terry Beech is the member of Parliament for Burnaby-North Seymour, having been elected in the 2015 and 2019 General Elections. Before being elected to Parliament, Terry was a small business owner, an educator, a city councillor, and a community advocate. In Ottawa, he has served in a variety of roles. Currently, he is the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Fisheries, Oceans, and the Canadian Coast Guard. He has previously served as both Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Science and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Transport.
At the age of 18, Terry was elected to Nanaimo?s City Council, and later enrolled at Simon Fraser University to pursue Business and Economics. After SFU, he completed his MBA at Oxford University.

Kim joined Western Stevedoring in 2018 and prior to joining Western Kim held senior management roles at Squamish Terminals, serving as President towards the end of her 10 year tenure at the terminal. Kim began her career in the hospitality and tourism industry and held a variety of management and educator positions. Today Kim is active in various waterfront industry associations and community organizations, and is passionate about building community, environmental sustainability and fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Kim is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CMA), a Certified Port Executive, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University.
