Landscape Foreman

Vancouver Premier Contracting Is one of the lower mainlands premier landscape contractors. Working from our equipment yard / office in North Vancouver we complete all kinds of residential landscape installations & maintenance from average single family homes to luxury estates, you will have the opportunity to work on some of Vancouver's most exclusive homes. We try to provide our fellow team members the opportunity to live a complete life outside of work by leaving work at work and flexible requested days off. We are looking for additional team members in all levels of the company from entry level positions to job site supervisors and project manages. This also
means that there is lots of room for advancement with our growing company.

Job Description:
• Various types of Installations - Paving stones, Retaining walls, Natural & Artificial Grass, Planting etc.
• Utilization of Company mobile Ipad and web based software for Time and Materials tracking.
• Operating various types of machinery - bobcats, excavators etc.
• Working outdoors throughout all seasons - sun, rain, snow
• Communicating with customers on design & execution of the projects
• Maintain and clean trucks, equipment and tools

Compensation:
• Competitive wages ($23.00 hr. - $30+ hr.) dependent on experience and
accreditation
• Production Bonus’s / Profit Sharing Program

Skills and Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years working in the field
• Ability to review and understand site plans, layouts and measurements.
• Experienced in the operation and use of and maintenance machinery (bobcats, excavators etc.)
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
• Ability to follow safe working procedures
• Strong team player that values and wants to continue to build a great team a environment
• Works well under pressure, and able to handle a high paced environment
• Valid BC driver’s license
