How do we make North Vancouver great again?  How do we make the North Shore work for all generations?

Join us for an engaging, interactive panel discussion on emerging issues in Housing, Transportation and Employment Lands.  Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Paul Kershaw, Founder of Generation Squeeze, along with Panelists Armin Amrolia, Associate VP, Development Strategies, BC Housing;  Michael Epp, Director, Planning, City of North Vancouver and Dan Milburn, General Manager, Planning, Properties & Permits Approving Officer, District of North Vancouver.
 

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Paul Kershaw

 
Dr. Paul Kershaw is a policy professor in the UBC School of Population and Public Health, and Director of the UBC Masters of Public Health program.  He is one of Canada’s leading thinkers about generational equity and is well known as the Founder of Generation Squeeze – a voice for younger Canadians in politics and the market.
 
A public speaker and regular media contributor, Kershaw has received Awards for Academic of the Year from the Confederation of University Faculty Associations of BC, two national prizes for his gender and politics research, the award for BC’s Affordable Housing Champion from the provincial Housing Centre coalition, as well as the Government of Canada prize for excellence in moving “Knowledge to Action” on housing.
