Jonathan Vroom is a lawyer with North Shore Law LLP, with practice areas of Business Law, Commercial Real Estate and Estate Planning. Jonathan works with new, growing, and established businesses, and advises clients on issues such as buying or selling a business, financing, and corporate restructures. As a real estate lawyer, he assists clients with commercial real estate matters such as buying or selling a commercial property, drafting and negotiating lease agreements, and handling commercial mortgages. He also helps commercial landlords and commercial tenants with their lease negotiations and other leasing issues.
