Federal Export Readiness Roundtable-Call for Input

Are you a small or medium sized business that is not yet export-ready but would like support to move forward? Is your business currently exporting but needs support? 

This Roundtable with Jonathan Wilkinson, MP for North Vancouver, will provide information about the new Federal Export Readiness Initiative, and give you a change to share your input into which training, advisory services, mentorship and other supports could help you begin your export journey.  
 
Background:
Advancing export diversification is a critical opportunity to strengthen Canada's  economic resilience and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMES).  

As outlined in the Federal Budget 2025, $60 million over five years is being allocated to the SME Export Readiness Initiative to:
 
-  Increase the number of SMEs exporting, by supporting training for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMES) with limited exporting experience to build capacity
- Help Canadian businesses access new international markets outside the US and increase economic resilience.
