North Vancouver Small Business Series - Improve Your Website's Search Ranking
Ranking on page one of a Google search is critical to being found by potential customers. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is one of the main ways businesses can increase their web traffic.
In this workshop you will:
- learn how search works;
- explore rank-boosting strategies for local businesses; and
- research and select the right keywords.
Led by CapU instructor Lisa Manfield, this workshop is perfect for small-business owners, entrepreneurs, digital media managers and website owners seeking a basic understanding of SEO. You will have the opportunity to work on real-life examples. Please bring your laptop and be ready for hands-on practice.
The workshop is Part 1 of a 3 part series on digital marketing skills for small business. The North Vancouver Small Business Series is a partnership between Capilano University Continuing Studies & Executive Education and the Economic Partnership North Vancouver (EPNV) (a program of the North Vancouver Chamber).
