For small and medium-sized organizations, investing in human resources can compete with investing in other business areas. It can be tempting to let it fall off the side of the desk… but investing in your HR can be essential to organizational success.

Bring your lunch and join us for this Learn at Lunch, and hear from Harbour West Consulting about the hottest HR trends, challenges, and opportunities affecting your business. Learn more about finding and supporting your employees.  Bring your questions to these recruitment and HR experts.

Topics to include:

  • How to maximize your recruitment efforts
  • What to do if you don’t have an HR department
  • How to create a positive workplace culture
