Seylynn Park - Sprit Trail Bridge - Bridgeman Park
This month we will walk Seylynn Park, cross the new Spirit Trail Bridge to Bridgeman Park and back.
Dress for the weather. This event will take place rain or shine.
Note: Dogs are not allowed at Walk & Talk (NVCC insur. regs)
Shane Devine, Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery Office at the District of North Vancouver will join us to share details about the Spirit Trail Bridge.
About the Spirit Trail Bridge
The four-metre-wide, multi-use bridge completes a key connection in the Spirit Trail between Lynn Creek Town Centre and Park & Tilford. The bridge spans 52 metres across Lynn Creek and was built with a type of steel known as “weathering steel,” which has a rust-like appearance and will never need to be repainted during its lifespan and selected because of its durability, low maintenance costs and environmental benefits.
