Since 2002 I4 Properties Group and its predecessors have acquired or developed more than 500,000 square feet of office, retail and residential properties, including Garibaldi Village Shopping Centre, Galleries at Garibaldi Springs and Studio SQ in Squamish BC, Studio NA in Nanaimo BC, and the currently under construction 700 Marine Drive in North Vancouver BC.
