As a Personal Coach and Educational Consultant, Neesha Blajberg supports women, parents, and teen girls in building confidence and resilience by learning how to manage stress, anxiety, and worries -- all while staying true to who they are.
She focuses on:
-Helping women manage stress, avoid burnout, and make choices that align with their values.
-Supporting parents in building strong relationships with their teens and tackling challenges like anxiety and school pressures.
-Empowering teen girls to develop resilience, confidence, and tools to navigate life’s transitions.
With over 25 years of experience in education, including roles as a teacher, learning support specialist, and district consultant, Neesha has worked closely with families navigating the complexities of school systems and adolescent development. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Special Education (PGDip SPED - UBC) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDip Ed - McGill), along with certifications in coaching, leadership, and conflict resolution.
Through her coaching and consulting practice, Neesha offers a safe, supportive space to explore solutions, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change. Using approaches like Acceptance & Commitment Coaching (ACC), mindfulness, and values-based work, she meets her clients where they are and supports them in taking the next step forward.
