About Us

The mothers I work with are adept at solving complex problems in their professional lives. Yet at home, they often find themselves stuck in a repetitive dynamic with their teen daughters — where conversations either escalate into conflict or disintegrate into silence.

The issue isn't a lack of effort, and it certainly isn't a lack of love. It's a predictable, self-reinforcing cycle.

My work isn't about "fixing" your daughter or changing your personality. It's about mapping the pattern and interrupting it at the right point.

What this looks like in practice:

• Pattern Identification — We determine what's actually happening and why it repeats.

• Values-Based Decision Making — Using ACT principles to ground your choices in what matters most.

• Communication & Boundary Skills — Real tools for repair, de-escalation, and follow-through (not scripts you memorize).

• Resilience-Building — Not willpower. Systems, reflection, and capacity.

I've spent 25+ years in education as a teacher, learning support specialist, and district consultant. I hold Postgraduate Diplomas in Education and Special Education (McGill University, University of British Columbia), advanced training in leadership and conflict resolution (Justice Institute of BC), and certification as a life coach.

My work is private, focused, and designed for families ready to change patterns — not just manage moments.
