About Us

Nexx MD is a physician-directed clinic in Edgemont Village, North Vancouver. Alongside our established aesthetics practice, we run Nexx MD Longevity, which offers private annual health programs for individuals, executives, and employers.

Each program starts with an in-depth assessment and a plan built around the person, not a checklist. Follow-up continues through the year with the same care team. Blood is collected on site and processed by LifeLabs, and cardiac and sleep quality screening are done in the clinic.

Hormone & Menopause: year-long care for women in perimenopause and menopause, covering hormone assessment, cardiac and sleep quality screening, and regular follow-up.

Executive Health: a comprehensive annual assessment and ongoing preventive care for individuals who want a complete picture of their health.

Corporate Health: the Executive program adapted for employers, with packages shaped around your industry and your team.

Medical direction is provided by Dr. Yashar Tashakkor.

Our aesthetics division offers physician-directed treatments, including neuromodulators, PRP and IV therapy.

Programs are optional. Medically necessary care remains available through B.C.'s Medical Services Plan and does not require enrolment.
